During his short life, Mozart composed hundreds of opuses, well known are not only his opera works, but also symphonies as well as sacral works. The "opera of operas", as Don Giovanni is sometimes called, was premiered in 1878, in Prague, at the Estates Theatre (formerly in Nostic), on whose stimulus the work itself was also created. And even when the circumstances of the world premiere were more than hectic, Don Giovanni has been sovereign on the opera sky for more than two centuries. The last production of the opera Don Giovanni in Liberec dates back to 1991.
