Slavko Grum is one of the most prominent authors from Slovenian literature. His play written in 1929 and located in a typical Slovenian town brings through this place a very grotesque and absolutely original look at people as individuals and communities, not only in Slovenia. It is an expressive and striking utterance with elements of horror and absurdity about what is hidden in people and what is not visible on the surface of their behaviour and what is inevitable in their fate. The director of this staging, which will surely capture you with its mysterious bizarreness, will be Uros Trefalt. A Slovenian director, who, however, studied in Prague and has been at home in both worlds. In the ours and the Slovenian one.
